Zirconia
Full-contour zirconia restorations are a trusted choice for many dentists due to their strength and consistency. As one of the most durable all-ceramic materials available, zirconia offers flexural strength above 1,000 MPa. It is also gentle on opposing dentition, making it an excellent option for bruxing patients.
Each restoration is manufactured using our advanced CAD/CAM digital workflow to ensure precise fit and accuracy. Our skilled technicians then hand-finish every case to deliver lifelike esthetics that go beyond what production laboratories provide.

e.max
Ivoclar Vivadent’s e.max lithium disilicate ceramic is known for its high translucency, making it ideal for restorations in the anterior (facial) region. It delivers natural-looking esthetics while remaining stronger than traditional porcelain and conventional ceramics, with average strengths of around 400 MPa.
We hand-press our e.max crowns to ensure optimal results. This technique provides greater strength than milling and creates superior esthetics, especially at the margins.

PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal)
Porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations have a proven 50-year track record, making them one of the most trusted options in modern dentistry. Their layered porcelain surface provides natural, traditional esthetics.
We fabricate PFM copings using your choice of alloy, giving you the flexibility to balance biocompatibility, durability, and cost for each patient.

Full Gold Crowns
Despite advances in digital dental lab services and ceramic materials, full gold crowns remain one of the most biocompatible and plaque-resistant options available. They offer excellent longevity and a precise fit.
Because gold is softer than ceramic materials, it is gentle on opposing dentition. This makes full gold crowns an ideal choice for bruxing patients, especially in posterior areas where esthetics are less of a concern.

Dentures
Esthetic treatment options are not out of reach for edentulous patients. Our dentures are designed to be both natural-looking and highly functional. We use lightweight, durable acrylic bases and carefully select teeth to match each patient’s age, sex, and esthetic needs.
Each denture is finished to deliver a lifelike appearance and comfortable fit. A great denture should do more than look natural—it should function like natural teeth. That’s why we design our dentures to help patients eat comfortably and enjoy their favorite foods.

Partials
No matter the type of partial denture your patient needs, our removables department delivers high-quality, esthetic solutions. We fabricate flexible partials, traditional acrylic partials, and metal framework (RPF) partials using premium materials and lifelike denture teeth.
Each restoration is designed for a precise fit, durability, and natural appearance.

Implants
Implant restorations are one of the most important digital dental lab services we offer. Our implant department works with all major platforms, making case planning simple and efficient for your practice.
We design custom abutments to ensure precise fit and optimal results. All abutments are fabricated by trusted 510(k)-compliant partners for quality and consistency.

Relines
A precise fit is essential for both the esthetics and function of dentures. That’s why we offer both hard and soft denture reline services to restore comfort and stability.
Our same-day service helps ensure your patients are not without their dentures. Relines received by 10 a.m. are completed and ready by 4 p.m.

Repairs
Going without a denture or partial during a repair can be frustrating for patients. That’s why we offer reliable same-day dental repair services to minimize downtime.
Most repair cases received by 10 a.m. are completed and ready by 4 p.m. We provide a full range of repair solutions, including tooth replacement, base repairs, and clasp installation.
More complex repairs—such as cases involving multiple teeth or clasps, laser welding, cast units, or rebasing—may require additional time. These cases typically have a 5–7 business day turnaround and may include a $50 complex fee per arch.
